The newly updated Guide to Practice and Procedure for the Waitangi Tribunal 2023 is a comprehensive practice note issued pursuant to clause 5(9) & (10) of Schedule 2 to the Treaty of Waitangi Act 1975.

The Guide provides practical direction on procedural aspects of the Tribunal, in the exercise of its jurisdiction as a standing commission of inquiry.
